The new online approval feature for asset management requests has gone live today. All requests for approvals on asset management related matters will now be managed online through the Investor Portal. For any questions related to this new process, please reach out to our Investor Services team.

You may have noticed the new look to the landing page of the Portal. This is an added feature that will provide a snapshot of your portfolio to include: Number of participation pools, total balance of all pools, total number of loans, delinquent loan count and performing loan count.

This dashboard will be populated with the corresponding data for your portfolio and will be visible to you in the coming days. We hope that you find value in this addition to the Portal and will continue to look for improvements to serve the needs of our partners.
